Low Impact Exercise You Can Do In Nature To Improve Your Skin

We have read and written time and time again about the wonderful impacts of nature on your skin.  In fact, nature is on our name EARTHen.  We truly believe that the impacts of time spent outdoors is one of the best things you can do for your skin long term.

On the path to perfect looking skin there are a number of different trails to head down, all of which, working in tandem, can have the desired impact your are looking for.  The first is a good quality skincare routine.  If you are taking care of your skin on a regular basis using our Vegan Daily Facial Cleanser and one of our perfectly formulated moisturizers you have made a giant leap forward towards your goal of gorgeous and youthful looking skin.

The next path you will want to stroll down is a focus on your nutrition.  Food has a tremendous impact on your skin and how it interacts with the world.  A good, healthy, plant based diet can do wonders for your skin, while sugary diets can do lasting damage.  If you can find a healthy balance you should be well on your way to healthy looking skin.

Finally path number three is a good exercise routine.  The good news is that exercise can be paired nicely with nature and result in not only good quality workouts that will keep your blood circulating and oxygen flowing to your skin, but you will also have the added benefit of being outside and taking in the glorious natural elements that are so good for your skin as well.  We've compiled a list of low impact exercises you can do among nature so you can take care of your body and your skin in one fell swoop.

1. Walking.  Some experts argue that this is better for your then running.

2. Swimming.  If you're in a climate that allows swimming year-round, you're in luck.

3. Yoga.  There is nothing more soothing for your mind, body, and soul then taking a yoga class among nature.

4. Cycling.  Riding a bike is better for your joints then running and you can get moving pretty quickly.

Taking nature instead of the stuff gym for your workout is one of the best things you can do for your skin.  With limited daylight in the next few weeks you're going to need to schedule your time to get outside and enjoy the lingering autumn air so you can get the most out of your low impact workouts.
