Low Impact Exercise You Can Do In Nature To Improve Your Skin

Finally path number three is a good exercise routine.  The good news is that exercise can be paired nicely with nature and result in not only good quality workouts that will keep your blood circulating and oxygen flowing to your skin, but you will also have the added benefit of being outside and taking in the glorious natural elements that are so good for your skin as well.  We've compiled a list of low impact exercises you can do among nature so you can take care of your body and your skin in one fell swoop.

1. Walking.  Some experts argue that this is better for your then running.

2. Swimming.  If you're in a climate that allows swimming year-round, you're in luck.

3. Yoga.  There is nothing more soothing for your mind, body, and soul then taking a yoga class among nature.

4. Cycling.  Riding a bike is better for your joints then running and you can get moving pretty quickly.

Taking nature instead of the stuff gym for your workout is one of the best things you can do for your skin.  With limited daylight in the next few weeks you're going to need to schedule your time to get outside and enjoy the lingering autumn air so you can get the most out of your low impact workouts.
