You'll always want to start pre-workout. Properly wash your face before working out. Post-workout you'll want to be sure to follow some really important steps. Don't sit around in your sweaty workout clothes, immediately shower where you can wash your body and your face.
Also after your workout you'll want to be sure to hydrate. This is of course important for your body, but also your skin. Working out and sweating has a tendency to increase the salt content in your sweat which can be a sign of dehydration. You'll want to avoid this by drinking lots of post-workout water.
Lastly, don't forget to moisturize your skin wants you've gotten your body clean of all the sweat. A good moisturizer will help protect your skin from drying out and accentuate the affects of a good workout.
