Hydration Is Essential For Healthy Summer Skin

The summer sun and heat can cause real, serious damage to your skin.  A long afternoon out in the heat can leave you sweaty and your skin damaged.  Spending a morning in the summer sun can leave your skin feeling parched and present long-term damage.  

There is good news though, you can enjoy all the incredible parts of the summer without any damage to your skin with one word, hydration.  Keeping your skin properly hydrated is the best protection against the damage the summer heat and sun can do to it.  It's also one of the best things you can do to keep your skin healthy year round.

In order to ensure that your skin is properly hydrated you need to do two things regularly;

1. Drink lots of water.  While water will not heal all that ails you, it is one of the best things you can do to keep your skin healthy and youthful.  Water is one of the most important things you can drink for your entire body to be healthy and especially your skin.  

2.
